The Boynton Family went above and beyond in my building experience, I could not be happier with my home. I had heard that building a house was a very long and tough experience but my Fiancé and I found Boynton Construction Inc. and were so comfortable from our first meeting. There was never a broken promise or a request that went unanswered, which I believe to be the most important thing a home owner could ask for. It’s a pleasure for us to be able to write this letter for Boynton Construction. After living in Vernon for 9 years circumstances led us to look for a larger house, while nothing on the market in the area seemed to suit our needs, we decided to look into new construction.

I have purchased two homes from Boynton Construction, LLC. The first was in 2005, a beautiful home in Dobson Commons, Phase II, at Eleanor Street Extension, in Vernon. The quality of workmanship and the integrity of Ken and John Boynton is why I sought them out again when circumstances led me to building another home in 2010. My daughter, son-in-law and I fell in love with the Ogden Brook Estates community closing on our newest Boynton home in November of 2010. For the second time the Boynton’s through Ogden Brook Developers LLC., worked with us to deliver exactly the home we required. The quality of the construction and the honesty and integrity of the Boynton’s remained as I experienced it in 2005.

Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for being such a great company and family to work with. You hear nightmares about people building homes and you all were wonderful to deal with. It was a great experience- smooth all the way. We cannot thank you enough for building our home so quickly and getting us in- right on time. I think you broke your record!Thanks for letting us move into the garage and basement. That was so helpful.We love everything about our new home- how could you not! And you are still helping out-thanks for watering the grass when we are not around. I can see green! Thanks again for everything!
